As soon as you place your order a timing plan is produced, to identify the critical path and key points of the project. During the project you will receive regular reports on the tool's progress, including photographs and videos if required. Communication is key. We believe in working closely with our customers and suppliers to meet delivery schedules. Along with standard lines of communication, we also use Skype, video conferencing and FTP (file transfer protocol).
